"We loved our stay here. Mark and Kat were responsive and thoughtful hosts (a lovely cream tea welcomed us on arrival). The house had plenty of space for our large group. We liked the private and green location. And we were welcomed everytime we got back to the house by three super friendly dogs who we well in love with! "What a wonderful stay we had here. The house has everything you could need , the garden is relaxing , sunny & perfect for evening drinks & a BBQ. The house itself is fantastic , lots of nooks to escape to if your a large group , beds are really comfy & the kitchen is really well equipped. Plenty of room for all 8 of us ( 6 adults & 2 kids ). 5 mins drive to St Ives , lots of different beaches to choose from ,some as close as 5 mins drive , but all within 20 mins drives & all amazing. Beautiful coastal retreat

"I was looking for an off season retreat where I could relax and be looked after. Greenbank was perfect for this. The hotel delivers comfort with excellent, friendly service and delicious food. My room was clean, comfortable and provided all the amenities I needed. Locally sourced refreshments are provided and toiletries that promote relaxation. Situated close to the town it is possible to access all that Falmouth has to offer by foot, although the return does invoke an uphill walk. If you enjoy walking this is an excellent place to visit as off season you can still take a ferry to the Roseland peninsula and enjoy good walking there too. Falmouth has an excellent variety of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Greenbank has an award winning restaurant with river views and food that is very satisfying after a day out exploring. All the staff are friendly and helpful and every effort is made to ensure that you have the best experience possible. I look forward to being able to return here again. "
