"Excellent stay. Hôtel was very clean. Large room and oversized shower in bathroom. Friendly reception and bar staff. Well placed for walking into the main squares of Arras. Would recommend."

Had to use our cell phone lights just to see a small sign on the door to call a number to get jn, then retrieve our room keys from a lock box. After that, was okay. Plenty of parking, but dark area with very little lighting ..."

"Basic hotel but no issues apart from the stairwells and staircase to the car park being inhabited by homeless and stinking if smoke etc… my wife in particular found this very intimidating and wouldn’t go to car park alone. This clearly needs addressing by the hotel."
