"If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Annecy as a family/group then look no further! The whole villa is fantastic and the views are stunning. Everything has been thought about here, from the very well stocked kitchen with every utensil you can think of, to the organisation of everything! The pool area is perfect for families and soaking up the sun. 3 or 4 restaurants are within easy walking distance and a bus stop at the bottom of the road takes you into Annecy within 30 mins. "Chalet Lomatika lived up to all our expectations and the stunning photographs in the advert were a perfect representation of the property and its surroundings. The Chalet was very well equipped, everything you needed. The location excellent. Our cycling and paddle boarding family made the best of all Annecy could offer. An amazing holiday. "Maison très bien équipée. Électroménager haut de gamme. Grand Rez-de-chaussée très agréable, avec une grande table et un plan de travail fonctionnel. Nous étions 6 adultes. Petit bémol, les maisons voisines sont trop proches et on partage le jardin avec une autre maison, qui appartient au propriétaire paraît-il. Et ça, on ne le voit pas sur les photos. Surprise !!"

"Heerlijk verblijf gehad in villa de Baumier! Prachtig huisje, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, goede bedden, 2 badkamers en waar we heel erg van genoten hebben was de airco! Alles was nieuw, schoon en heel netjes. Ook ideaal: supermarkt om de hoek. "

"We loved this house and are hoping to return next year. The pool was the perfect temperature for the kids and having air-con in the bedrooms meant we slept very well despite the heat. The view from the terrace is beautiful and we found our stay very peaceful. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we found Edwige very helpful - checking in and out was made easy. We enjoyed days out at the lake beach and also appreciated how nearby the boulangerie and supernarket were....

"Our stay was very pleasant, except the ever present toxic smell of gasoline in the whole house, coming from a large gas tank in the garage. Our friends staying downstairs had to sleep with their windows open. By the end of the one week trip we were just sick of it. Our host Stephane was very nice and helpful though. If the smell got resolved, it would be very nice place overall."

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"The staff is kind and the facilities are well maintained. It is a suitable facility for business trips. If there is anything to improve, the breakfast buffet lacked fresh vegetables, and the Internet service was unstable when Wi-Fi was used in the room. "
