I’ve been coming to this property since it opened and have not stopped coming. It’s a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the town of Comala. It has our heart. Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to staying here and although the place was beautiful the service unfortunately dampened our stay. From the rude door man who couldn’t find our reservation, to no one helping us with our luggage, the service just didn’t match the price point. Drinks at the pool were slow and we had to look for someone to take our order. I only saw one other couple staying there the night we stayed; so the lack of attentiveness was unacceptable. Anyway, I would not recommend for the price point unless you are just trying to stay somewhere gated with nice grounds.

Experiencia en Casa Paranera
Todo muy bien, personal muy amable, comida excelente, habitaciones cómodas, el Único inconveniente es que en esta ocasión nos tocó alojarnos en la Nueva sección de habitaciones para ser específica jaguarundi y por el tipo de ventanas y puertas no quedan selladas y entran insectos, nos tocó batallar mucho con los moscos, solicitamos se rociará algún insecticida pero el problema persistió hasta nuestra salida. Es muy incómodo porque si nos picaron y aparte de la molestia el temor por ser un lugar endémico de Dengue.
