Beautiful home in charming town of Cofradia

Cofradia de Suchitlan is located at about 4,300 feet above sea level, meaning the temperature is warm in the daytime and cool at night. Views of Volcan Colima are found throughout the town which is small and welcoming. Local stores offer groceries and artesania. There is also a central plaza where you may find children playing or a local market on Tuesdays. Nature walks are available out any road--you can ask us for recommendations, ask a local, or ask us to find a guide for you!

This home has three bedroom and no bedroom has shared walls with another bedroom, giving you all added privacy. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower (hot water). Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds.

There is an additional half-bath off the main corridor. The kitchen has a gas stove, full refrigerator, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, and beautiful dishes. There is one parking space with a gate that locks and plenty of on-street parking. The garden is beautiful with paths through large trees. There is also on-site laundry with a washer and dryer, though our housekeeper will come in daily to make your beds, empty your trash, and wash the clothing you leave in the basket.
