"This house is ideal for a Fri/Sat game weekend. It’s less than 10 minute walk to Kinnick, through the tailgates south of Melrose. High energy, super fun walk. The house is small but great for two couples. Each BR and its own bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped for pregame tailgating from a comfortable house, with a back deck overlooking a forested ravine and room in the front yard and mostly quiet street for yard games. "We stayed for a weekend to attend an Iowa football game. We loved how close this was to the stadium and the gameday energy in the neighborhood. Flat front yard was a great space to hangout before the game and the house has lots of sleeping options. Beds were comfy and everything worked as it should at the house. Would gladly stay here again!"
