The Space:

The spacious living room features contemporary decor, a large smart TV, and ample seating for everyone to gather. The full kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, a large island, and plenty of counter space, perfect for preparing meals and hosting dinners.

The home includes four cozy bedrooms, each with plush bedding and ample storage. Three modern bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for all guests. The outdoor space is a highlight, featuring a hot tub for relaxation and a large patio with seating and a fire pit, ideal for evening gatherings.

Located in a prime spot, our home is within walking distance to OSU, various restaurants, bars, shops, and a Kroger store just steps away. This makes grocery runs and dining out extremely convenient. The neighborhood is safe and welcoming, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. On-site parking is available, and the home includes a laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry

Other Things to Note:
We use Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Your Truvi application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled.

We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via Truvi. This waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
