You'll feel at home in this renovated first story flat! Spacious & open floorpan w large windows & plenty of sunshine. You'll enjoy the new kitchen, w stainless appliances & breakfast bar w barstools to enjoy your complimentary Keurig coffee! Large bedroom w luxury king-sized bed. Excellent location-walkable to Grandview Ave/bars/restaurants/shops, close to Upper Arlington, OSU & downtown. Are you ready for some football? 7 min to Ohio Stadium/The Horseshoe! Go Buckeyes!
The space
This is an attractive red, brick building built in the 1940's that has been completely renovated. There are four one story flats/apartments in the building. There are original hardwood floors that have been refinished. The bathroom has new sink, new white subway tile, new fixtures. There are new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout. There's a new kitchen with beautiful new oak countertops, new stainless appliances, and a beautiful vintage looking tile backsplash. Laundry facilities in basement. Nice fenced backyard with hot tub. Clean, bright, sunny and spacious unit!

You'll have your own private entrance to your apartment, and there are shared laundry facilities and printer access in the basement. It is shared with the other three units. There is a cute fenced in backyard with outdoor furniture, hot tub, and a grill. This is a shared space.

Family Christmas visit
This is the second time I’ve stayed in this unit this year. A really great place near everything important in Grandview Heights—especially my family. A quiet neighborhood and a terrific unit. Jeremiah is a terrific host.

Perfect Rental
This was a wonderful place to stay. The appointments and the property were really great in the neighborhood, which was populated, largely by young college and post college age kids, was ideal. My daughter, who is a property manager for rental units around Columbus, was blown away by this place. I would highly recommend everything about it to anyone who wants a pleasant place to stay that is walking distance from a swell entertainment District.
