Our two- story house is a 4 bedroom, 2 and a half bath just minutes from Ohio State University, Maphre Stadium, Nationwide Arena, Nationwide Childrens Hospital. Located in a great neighborhood less than a mile from I-71.

It has been completely updated throughout. The first floor has two large living areas, a large kitchen with all new appliances and a dining room. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms that hold 6 beds including a master bedroom with its own private full bath.

Half way point to meet our kids. Lots of room and bedrooms were big. Nice that back yard was fenced in. Close to the zoo, grocery stores and restaurants.

This was a great place for my extended family to stay for the weekend. Plenty of space for the adults and kids to gather separately as well as a fenced yard for the dog.

Long Weekend/Concert
We were in town for a long weekend for daily concerts and needed to be close to our venue. This house was the perfect location for our group! Jordan was very welcoming, attentive and available if we needed. The house is very spacious, the deck is perfect for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. Only item missing was the grill that we learned they had just recently gotten rid of. Still a very good spot for your stay.

This was a cute little home, perfect for multiple people staying. We have 7 friends total and everyone could comfortably fit on all the beds. The home was very clean and put together. The hosts were very helpful and provided everything we needed. Very lovely and we all enjoyed our stay!

Property was very clean and well kept, we only had one issue and that was that the air conditioning didn’t work our first night. I contacted Jordan about the issue, and he was very friendly and and resolved the issue early the next day. Overall it was a great experience

Our stay over the weekend was fun and we had a nice time while we were staying here. The place was well cleaned and had all the essentials we needed. The only problem we had was how loud a lot of the floor boards were when trying to walk around at night. Other than that this place was great.

Stay for the Morgan Wallen concert at Ohio Stadium
We had an amazing stay! There were 8 adults staying in the house and we each had our own bed! It was super chill neighborhood and the hosts were very chill! It was awesome being able to cook our meals and not have to worry about going anywhere after the concert. 10/10!

A great house for Origins Game Fair
My friends and I rented this house to be our base of operations for Origins Game Fair. It was perfect for our needs. We returned from the convention each night to make dinner and play games until bed. It’s not close enough to the convention center if you don’t have a car, but we had vehicles so it was ideal.

Only complaint is that the grill was listed in the amenities and was totally unusable and should be trashed! Also the deck was so rough we were afraid to even walk on it! The rest of the house was great and we really enjoyed our time!

Excellent home away from home!
Our group stayed for a weekend at this property. We had 16 people in our group and made most of our meals from home. We travelled into the community for several experiences. The home was clean, nicely decorated and large enough to accommodate our needs. The host was easy to communicate with and the neighborhood was peaceful and centrally located. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough place settings for our large group. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking here again next year!!

In Town for Wedding
This is an older home but is very spacious and clean. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to I 71. The staircase was steep and could use a handrail(s) on the upper section for safety. The stairs were very creaky (noisy). Comfortable beds. More towels would have been nice as all the girls have long hair and like to have a separate towel for that. Overall, we were very pleased with the house and our family enjoyed being able to stay together. It was great to be able to have the dogs with us. Rental rate and fees reasonable.

Spacious home with basic furnishings
This was a nice rental for our family (6 adults) Christmas gathering. It is a spacious house in a quiet neighborhood with stores nearby. The stairway to the upstairs is lacking hand railing which gave each of us an unsafe feeling (unless you scoot down or crawled up) as we had to use the stairs to get to the bedrooms. If looking for a spacious, basically furnished home for a great price, this is it! Jordan, the property manager responded quickly to all messages.

House accommodated 7 adults and 2 small children just fine. Definitely could use some updated decor. Nothing expensive, but some pics on the walls in bedroom’s, living, and dining room would be nice. Just to provide a more relaxing feel. Possibly look into adding a umbrella for patio table and some paint out there. Again nothing expensive. Home may need a exterminator visit due to spiders and ants. We seen a few of each inside. The family enjoyed our stay and would consider this property again.
