During reservation it was stated that there would be service to the room every other day, but then they tell us it's by request only. Refrigerator didn't work and when I told the front desk about it, they offered a new room, but that fridge didn't work either. The HVAC unit was so dirty. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes and the bathtub was dirty with stains. This is not what I thought the Marriot would be like. It's more like an Econo Lodge Motel. They could not help us, credit or discount us since we booked through Expedia. I will never stay at another Marriot again.

It has a very pleasant, clean, friendly atmosphere and I love the Bistro where I can grab a quick breakfast or Starbucks latte. My room was close to the elevator and stairs, and I could park my vehicle close to the exit making hauling my bags a breeze. I will definitely come here again.

Everything was great except the door handle to the room didn't always lock when we closed the door. The dead bolt part also would retract from time to time so you had to mess with the card and handle at the same time to get it to close properly.

Great bed, and fitness room.
I was only there to sleep, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the floor in the shower cubicle wasn’t cleaned. They have a great fitness room which I used in the morning.

Great location tons of food and shopping options nearby. About 15 minutes to the zoo and water park. Room set up was a little weird. Bathroom light was outside the bathroom and door was too close to toilet. Bed and pillows were not that comfortable. You can chose to pay extra and add on breakfast at the bistro.

Only had one encounter with an employee - we were returning to the hotel and coming in a side door. The employee was mopping the floor near the entrance. When she saw us she threw up her hands in disgust that we would be walking on the floor she was mopping. Found her reaction to be annoying. There wasn't anything we could have done different except go in another entrance.
