Quiet and quaint stay
It’s exactly what we needed for a conference we were attending. It was a cute place with all the amenities needed for the week! The neighborhood is very nice looking as well.

Location was great, very nice neighborhood and very quiet, house was clean. Only thing would have been nice to have a washer and dryer :) Maybe a couple more cooking pans and a grill would have been great :) but overall, we enjoyed the stay at your place. Thank you!

Our family was overall happy with our stay! Neighborhood obviously don’t want a rental near them with signs in there yard stating that but, still felt safe and nobody were jerks.

Would stay here again
convenient location on/off the beltway. The house it self is dated in some areas and could have been a little bit cleaner but that would not stop us from staying here when we are in the area again. We had a total of 9 adults and 2 kids under 6 stay in the house and it was comfortable. The kitchen was conducive to making our own meals to save money on food.

Better than a hotel
Four friends and I were in town for a sporting event. This house was great for us. No frills, but plenty of comfortable beds, two full baths and a kitchen with a gas stove/oven. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. But, we knew that going in, so we just packed accordingly. Would stay there again.

Only here for a short trip, house was the perfect size for my family of 7, plus dog friendly with a huge yard for my dog! Jordan was very accommodating and gave the perfect set of directions and making sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend for your family and we will absolutely stay again!

Good base of operations
House is dated but has everything you and family need for a comfortable stay. Each surrounding neighbor has a sign facing the house which displys their displeasure at having a rental in the neighborhood, but no words were exchanged and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would stay again if we had an event in the area.

I was satisfied.
I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds.

Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood, and convenient location in Columbus
We were in town for a wedding and stayed here with our family of 9 adults. While it was a little tight on sleeping quarters, we knew that would be the case before we booked. The kitchen could be better stocked with pots and pans and cups and dishes for the number of advertised guests.

Adequate, but far from perfect.
Beds were ok comfy. Futons were horribly uncomfortable to sleep on. Kitchen had the bare minimum, had to supplement with measuring cups / large bowl from the dollar store. Kitchen seating is metal chairs and stools, very uncomfortable. We made the mistake of lifting up a couch cushion when looking for a lost phone. DON'T make our mistake!! Cosmetic issues throughout - paint, molding, flooring, chipped paint in every room. Deck lounge chair is thrashed by prior renter. Nice neighborhood. Quiet and good location for our needs. Host communication was lacking. Right after check in i asked for late checkoit. Got no confirmation for 2 days, despite multiple times reaching out. I fonally texted that I was aisuming late checkout was ok. Cleaning crew showed up well before we were ready. Host asked me to wheel garbage bin to curb, because he wouldn'tbe able to make it over. No big deal. . . Plenty of towels and linens. of linens and towels fornour group

Not what I was looking for
The online pictures of the place is not what it looks like now. Alot of wear and tear on the place that could use some attention. The neighborhood is not a friendly environment and there is nothing outside to sit on besides one bench. This is definitely not a kid friendly place at all either. People travel and should not have to bring anything besides just food/drinks and basic needs.
