Nothing, place was absolutely horrible, I don't think they changed the sheets , hair in the bed, hair in the bathroom. Than the clerk, or the guy at the front desk wasn't professional. We just packed up and left. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I will never book with this chain again.

Hotel.com needs to update rating.. False advertising.. Room smelled like a dirty stinky mop, Very noisy semi idling close to room for 9 hrs, 2 days straight, Continental hot breakfast was not edible.. sausage and potatoes were burnt.. Lady at the desk said she couldnt do anything about it.. Never again!!

First non-smoking room smelled of smoke so strongly it made my eyes water upon entering the room. A terrible mold/mildew odor was also present. Nice staff gave us a new non-smoking room that also smelled strongly of smoke and mildew odor. Ever so slightly less than the first room. Very damp in both rooms. We paid for non-refundable and it was already after 1am so we just stayed in the second room figuring it wasn't going to improve.

Not happy
The room had a smell! The toilet did not flush. The blow dryer did not work and came out of the wall as if it was not secure. At 8am the smoke detector went off. Not the most comfortable stay/ I’ve stayed at this location before but the room gives not clean or defective rooms or furniture.

Nervous at first, because clerk couldn't find my reservation. The room wasn't horrible, but I really expected better from a Best Western. Noisy, squeaky bed. No working vending machines. Not dirty, but smelly. No full breakfast - ended up with juice & muffins. Disappointed.

This was an inexpensive hotel but free would still be too much. Fire alarms went off repeatedly through the night. Room was clean but smelled musty. Bed was noisy and springs were bad. I was assigned an occupied room.

From check in to check out the staff was amazing. our shower was like going to heaven. Everything was super clean. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast selection. They ran out of orange juice and when I mentioned it they replaced it immediately and apologized. I would love to go back.

The stay was not so good the comforter made us itchy and felt like a curtain, also it looked like this whole place use to be a Motel space. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you were passing through from off the road and needed somewhere to crash for a few hours, Best Western quality went down forsure..
