"We were drawn to this property because of the location, which was ideal! Very walkable to downtown shopping and restaurants as well as campus. The space, though small, was immaculately clean and very up to date in furnishings, kitchen and bathroom. The IU themed decor is also fun! Our host, Samira was extremely prompt and thorough in all communications. Would highly recommend this property for 1 or 2 adults (1 bed, no couch) "

"I liked that each family had a separate space to stay. We loved the outdoor area on the second floor where all of the family gathered. It was so nice at night because the little lights all came on & we lit the gas flame burner. We could easily walk to all the shops in town. It was very quiet in the evenings.
