"We were greeted by a wonderful friendly very professional customer service attendant. We had a small concern in the beginning, and she was very helpful in addressing that and correcting any issue that we had momentarily. The room was the equivalent of a small apartment and exactly what we needed for our stay. This hotel uses all Dove products in the showers and, they were perfect to give us a clean refreshed feel in the morning. We especially liked the late check out of 12 noon."

"There is not nearly enough parking at this hotel, especially in times of high volume. Overflow parking is about 2 blocks away, not great when you are having to park there late at night."
