The NoMa Green House is a fully renovated 1940’s home in Columbia’s booming North Main district. This home comfortably sleeps 6 and has one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, a full bath with tub/shower, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious front porch and back yard, and plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable!
The space
This home is in the perfect location – close to all major interstates, minutes from downtown, within walking distance to SC’s largest brewery (opening soon), less than a five-minute drive to Prisma Health Richland, and a just a few miles from USC’s campus. The listing is for the entire house – 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queen beds) with memory foam mattresses, 1 full bathroom with tub/shower, full kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, washer/dryer, backyard, spacious front porch, and it’s own driveway for hassle-free parking.

- For liability reasons, we can only allow the number of guests confirmed in the reservation on the property at any time during your stay (maximum 6 guests).
- Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am.
- And, for everyone's safety, there are two security cameras on the outside of the home. There is also a noise monitoring device that will detect decibel levels only inside the home. Any tinkering or manipulation of these devices will cause your trip to be canceled immediately and without a refund. There are no cameras inside the home.
- You will have complete access to the entire house including free on-site parking and a backyard. Only you and your registered guests will have access to the space during your stay.

The property is a bit on the outskirts of Columbia but everything seemed to be working 15 minutes. We came for my son’s graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. It took 15-20 mins to get on base from the house. House was cozy and comfortable. It did not have basic staples, like dish soap, cooking oil, salt/pepper, etc so plan accordingly. Host allowed for a later check-out, which was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house, close to Fort Jackson and downtown.
The house was very clean and charming with nice sized rooms and large front porch. Check in was a breeze. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were going down for our son‘s graduation from Boot Camp with our older children. House was located close to the fort and downtown. There’s a large backyard that was nice. I would highly recommend. Andrew was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Property as advertised, beautiful house felt like home away from home. We all love the house. 3 star was giving for cleanness because the shower curtains were dirty and the wall also had soap scum and hair. The house had a funny old scent like something that was closed out for a while the pillow were to flimsy it can use new ones including the linens. Otherwise great place to rent .Whenever I'm down in SC this will definitely be the place I will rent again.

What a Great place!
After looking at the listing, I was really looking forward to the stay, but the house impressed me even more when I arrived. Quaint, yet beautifully furnished and the house was well maintained. It has 3 bedrooms, so there's a lot of room and the bed was very comfortable. Honestly, as comfortable as my bed at home so I slept well the entire stay. The house was clean, kitchen well furnished and the decor was tasteful. It has a front porch with a swing to enjoy warm weather evenings. The yard was well kept and the neighborhood is older but quite. I had a small issue with the lock but Andrew was very responsive and took care of it immediate. He was also very accommodating when I had a small request. It was a safe area with a police station right around the corner as well. Convenient to downtown or the mall, so getting around was easy. Over all, I really enjoyed the stay and can highly recommend The NoMa Green House! Thanks for making my weekend very enjoyable. Don

One of the most memorable moments in our lives
This home is beautiful and very well located. You have so many restaurants and grocery shopping places within 6 miles. We made it in around 3 am and had a hickup opening the door the owner did not hesitate to assist. Most definitely will book again;!! Thank you ❤️

We selected the house for college move in and weren’t there much but it was adorable. Each room was clean and well put together. If we had more time I would have definitely been able to enjoy a meal around the table and a peaceful moment on the front porch.
