The #hamptonforesthouse is s cozy townhome in the Hampton Forest Subdivision! It's just 8 minutes to Fort Jackson, 14 minutes to the University of South Carolina, and 6 minutes to the VA Medical Center. Whole Foods, Target, and plenty of restaurants are also minutes away. The main floor is open-concept with kitchen, dining, living and a half bath. Upstairs you will find 2 private bedroom suites, 1 king bed and 1 queen bed with private baths and walk-in-closets. Garage access not included.
This is a single-family 2-story townhome with the living areas, a half bath and a small private fenced-in backyard on the first floor and both private bedroom suites and laundry upstairs. The main level has beautiful hardwoods and the upstairs is carpeted. The open floor plan main level has a classic style kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked for your use. The kitchen island has seating for 2 and the dining table has additional seating for 4 people. The living room has a modern style sofa (sits low), love seat (sits low), and a RokuTV (no cable) that you may use to log in and out of your personal streaming services.
Upstairs you will find two private bedroom suites and a separate laundry area off of the main hallway. The king bedroom suite is spacious and has a RokuTV, private 5-piece bathroom (soaking tub, shower, toilet room, double sink vanity) and a spacious walk-in-closet (must walk through the bath to get to the closet). The queen size bedroom suite is comfortable with a large closet, TV, and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a washer and dryer in a closet area upstairs that guests are welcome to use during their stay.
The main entry point is at the front door, the single car garage is not included as part of your stay and you will not have access. Please keep the sliding glass door locked that leads out to the back yard in the living area.
We provide enough supplies to get you started, but if you are an extended stay or plan to be at the house for the majority of the time, you may need to supplement. No worries, Target, Whole Foods and a Walmart Supercenter are all within a short 10 minute drive from the house.

Outdoor lovers will spend plenty of time walking along neighborhood sidewalks and watching their favorite films in a neighborhood indoor theater.
The community’s close proximity to Garners Ferry Road provides a range of opportunities for excellent shopping and dining—not to mention the host of options available in the city downtown. I-77, I-20 and I-26 are right around the corner as well, allowing residents to travel wherever they need to go in no time.

We have a Doorbell Style Camera at the front door entry point to the house on the exterior only that is actively recording.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy is allowed at any time. If you have more than 4 guests at the property at any time you are subject to an additional fee of $50/person. You will be required to leave immediately, with no refund, if any events are taking place at our home.
No smoking inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $250 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
We do charge a $100 pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged $250 for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee via Airbnb's Resolution Center that covers our costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost of $50. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Pack n plays and highchairs are available for rent and must be requested through your boarding pass. These are first come, first serve. We will deliver them to the house prior to your stay, if requested ahead of time. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for any last minute requests but will have them delivered the next day.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
Please follow the check-out instructions prior to departure. We do our best to keep these steps simple and easy:
1. Used beds may remain unmade and linens in place
2. Place all used bath linens in the bathroom in a pile on the floor
3. Place any trash in one of the waste bins, either in the house or in the outside bin
4. Wash any used dishes in the sink or place in the dishwasher and begin cycle
5. If any furniture or decor was moved, please return to its original place
6. Please log out of all streaming services and devices
7. If your location has a key / key fob, please return the key / key fob to the lockbox upon departure
