I had to make call no heat in room they came within an hour turn heat inside ceiling I called toilet not working morning I left no response but I left 9 am I hope next renter had working toilet

The outside of the property was really nice and the lobby area was great. The first room we were given smelled like mildew and the carpet was damp. We asked to move and the second room was the same but not as bad. All of the other people from our baseball teams said theirs was the same. Stuck it out for a couple of days but wouldn’t choose it again. Staff is just trying to do the best with what they have. Updates and upgrades are desperately needed.

Staff was great but the hotel needs a total makeover - patched holes in carpeting, deteriorating drywall in bathroom, dumped child’s meal and a used dental floss pick at the 2nd floor elevator were disgusting. Lighting at early breakfast is so dim you can’t see what you are eating. Nice omelette display and service.

I was shared a $100 fee that I’ll supposedly be refunded on arrival even tho I had already paid thru Expedia. Outside was nice and interior was nice. Perks were nice. One free drink from the bar which had snacks also 530-730. Our room was ok but not what I expected. The entryway light didn’t work and one outlet with multiple plugs didn’t work. This however was corrected by maintenance while we were at dinner. I had requested a crib for my grandbaby but it didn’t arrive to the room til around 900-930 when we checked in at 4. There were water stains on the ceiling and one corner of the room had ceiling spackle hanging. It was howeve clean and the beds were nice.

This property needs to be updated. It is outdated and old. The furnishings are old and beat up, need new furniture. The rooms were barely cleaned. The bathroom floors were filthy, cobwebs on all light fixtures and mold around the windows. The windows were leaking during a storm and the staff was indifferent to our complaint. This could be a great place to stay if they updated and cleaned properly.

Me and my family really enjoyed this location and the staff. Everyone was very helpful. Even the janitorial staff. Our room was very clean and we really enjoyed the separation in the King suite between the sitting area and our bedroom. My husband and I said we will definitely be back
