Adorable 1 BR downtown Columbia condo in converted school building. Steps away from Devine St restaurants and shopping, easy drive to USC and Fort Jackson. Make yourself at home in this eclectic, two level condo with dedicated work space. Queen memory foam mattress, fold-down sofa bed, twin air mattress. In-condo laundry. On site pool (May 1- Sept 1) and assigned parking space.

You’ll have access to the whole condo and the community pool.

GranDevine is nestled between 2 historic downtown neighborhoods, Olde Shandon and Shandon. Less than a block from the shopping and restaurants on Devine Street.
