This was a great place to stay! Beautiful and updated condo. Location was perfect, very close to Broadway but just far enough that the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.

We would definitely stay there again. It was very clean and a 15 minute walk from downtown Columbia. Owner responded to text messages very quickly. That said, here are minor issues: 1) A member of our group who is used to sleeping in the quiet of a rural area was bothered by traffic noise. It's near a relatively busy street. It didn't bother me. 2) All the bedrooms are on the third floor. It didn't bother me but it might be an issue if you have a lot of luggage or someone is elderly 3) Oddly, the hanger bars in all the closets were removed. There was no place to hang your clothes. 4) The door on the hall bathroom didn't latch closed.

Great for a weekend visit to CoMo!
Great location, just minutes from downtown and the MU campus. Had everything we needed for a great weekend visit. The garage was a nice option for parking since storms rolled through while we were in town. The property owner was helpful and responsive via text during our visit. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place in Columbia
We were looking for a place to stay near Columbia and found this place. It was incredibly nice and the communication with the manager was quick and helpful. The property was very, very nice, and it was clean. We’re heading back through next year and will definitely be checking out this property again.

Enjoyed the close proximity to downtown and our daughter’s apartment. Great restaurants, bars. Short drives to beautiful hiking. The condo was vibrant, beautiful energy, comfortable and welcoming. Felt like home.

Great spot in town!
Very conveniently located near everything in town. House was good. Lots of stairs so be prepared :) the art on the walls is excellent. Couple fit and finish issues in the house but nothing that detracted from the experience at all! Nick was responsive and a superb host. Having a garage was great too!

The property was comfortable and the location to Columbia center and restaurants was great. The property manager, Nick, was very responsive and great to communicate with. Would recommend when visiting Columbia.
