Cory was very easy to work with as far as check in and check out procedures. The loft is in a great location, convenient to downtown activities. An easy walk to restaurants/ bars, campus, East campus. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this property! So close to everything in downtown & campus, super convenient. Besides the location the host is amazing. Super responsive and they have thought of everything in this property. Extra fans, noise machines in each bedroom, waters in fridge, chocolates, and more. We would stay here again for sure. We will be back!

Perfect for Mizzou visit
Family stay for long football weekend. Had a great time. It's downtown so expect some noise from the street but wasn't anything that impacted our stay. Kids had fun standing in the balcony and talking to the crowds on the sidewalk.

Fantastic Loft, Great Location
This loft is beautiful and is super-clean! We parked our car once and walked everywhere, dozens of restaurants, bars and shops within a three block radius in any direction. Short walk to campus. Our host Cory was very friendly and a great communicator. Highly recommended!

Perfect loft!
What a wonderful cute place! We were in town for a wedding and this place beats any hotel stay. Cory is fantastic with communication and accommodating. Lots of little details that made our experience perfect. We have no complaints and only great things to say. We will be using this again in the future.

We were very happy with our stay! Cory was a perfect host and responded quickly to messages. The location was convenient, the space was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We already tried to book it for our future visit, but unfortunately it was taken that weekend. We will be keeping it in mind. A+++

Perfect place to stay after a bachelorette party
The loft was clean, well stocked with coffees, and the owner even left some treats for our wedding party! This was the perfect location for us since we were able to walk basically everywhere we went and nobody had to worry about finding a DD 😉 The loft is located right above a bagel shop too so it was perfect for breakfast the next day. We had a lot of fun. Check in/out process was great too! I would definitely go back if I’m ever back in Columbia.

As good as advertised!
My family and I stayed here while visiting my daughter at Mizzou. The apartment was spacious and clean. Parking was a little inconvenient (amplified by the fact that it rained the entire time) but that comes with downtown Como. It is close to campus and to several bars and restaurants so if that’s not your vibe you might want to stay somewhere that’s not as close to the campus.

Discovered some machines and they were checked out, but they are needed to drown out the noise from the street. Lots of partying. Location is great and owner was responsive condo showed three bedrooms one with two beds but only one exists. They are two futon couches that for that two beds which are nice too.

Really vacillating on leaving an honest review
Because it was so cool I’m nervous they will raise the rates and I won’t be able to stay here again. Which will really disappoint my friends who loved it just as much. And then my friends were telling friends about our loft and location and everyone thought I was genius. So yeah if you want to steal the joy out from under me going forward, stay here.
