"I was in DC attending President Carter’s funeral. The apartment was a 5 minute walk to where I had to get the shuttle to the National Cathedral. The apartment was very clean and perfect for one or two people. The old steam radiator’s added to the charm. The metro was a 5 minute walk too. Great place to stay if you are visiting the Zoo. "

"Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay. The property manager replied on day 1 that they were working on it, but we never heard anything further and it never worked. If these points get resolved, I would recommend this property. "It was clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with the host was excellent. The fridge was a bit small for our needs. Nonetheless, it didn't detract from our overall experience. We recommend for anyone looking to be in the heart of Georgetown!"

"My husband and I recently stayed at this property in early December and the experience was lacking. The location of the property was great and the neighborhood was adorable. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The room, especially the kitchen and bathroom, needed a deep clean. There were yellow and brown stains on the walls in the bathroom, along with cracks in the wall and dust and hair on all the baseboards.
