The studio was very nice, but a tad sterile. The bedroom was lovely (except it needs a wardrobe), and the bathroom was also very nice, fully stocked.
The 2 most glaring deficiencies were the lack of any type of chest of drawers/wardrobe; guests need a drawer for underthings, tops, socks. More hangers would also be helpful. And the biggie: NO plates or utensils of any kind in the kitchen. Rebecca explained due to no dishwasher, causing a sterilization issue, you could not supply the unit with plates, silverware and pots or pans. However paper plates and plastic utensils should be provided, they would be tossed into the trash, and wouldn't be washed. She said the lack of kitchen equipment was mentioned in the add - unfortunately for the guest you did it in a very backhanded way, by omitting any mention of plates/silverware at all :(
Perhaps you should consider a counter-top dishwasher, so you can supply kitchen equipment, AND pass the health code. Also you need to make sure the TV is fully operational before guests arrive, thankfully Rebecca was on-site; she had to go to the electrical panel to get it working. Also a bench or some chairs outside would be nice, it's too bad they put stones and cement everywhere, a little greenery would add to the overall appearance of this good looking building.
