Very clean cabin, friendly owner on-site; restaurants, gas, and groceries close by. We also enjoyed walking around the pond and a game of corn hole. We hope to go back one day!
Me and my friends had a great stay. The surrounding property is so pretty with a nice pond to hammock or canoe on, neighborhood pups, and gorgeous mountains. We were welcomed right away when pulling up. The cabin and community building has everything you’d need! Would absolutely stay again :)
Cosy cabin, just like the description. We were surprised about the property with a place to play, a pond and the possibility to swim and paddle. Everything was nice and clean and the owner was very hospitable.
The arrival is convivial. The greenery, the landscape of the prairie and forest are inviting for a peaceful stay. The cabin is clean well furnished, and the mattress a delight. We slept like babies. The owner is attentive and responding to the guest need. Everything is clean and welcoming. A beautiful stay in calm and fresh air.
Our family chose this cabin due to its proximity to Glacier National Park. We loved the cabin as it met all our requirements: location, cleanliness, and safety! The owner, John, welcomed us immediately upon arrival at our cabin and explained all the amenities available. Our only regrets are that our itinerary didn't allow us to stay longer and that we don't live closer to vacation here again! Thanks John & family for the great stay! :)
We loved staying at Colombia Mountain Ranch! Everything was clean and very well taken care of. The cabin accommodated our family of six just perfectly! We loved how close this location was to Glacier, and the ranch property was so quiet and peaceful. We could sit on our front porch with morning coffee and take in the valley and mountains just ahead. Our kids loved all the space to run around and play; they even had a pond with a kayak and paddle boards for the kids to try out. The owners were friendly and there to meet any need you had. So thankful to find this little gem!
We stayed here to have access to Glacier National Park. We loved the location of the cabins being away from town. It was so quiet and peaceful. Our kids loved exploring the property grounds and everything that was offered to them. We slept comfortably as a family of 6 (kids ages 4-11). This was a 5 star experience for our family. On top of that, my wife and I really enjoyed our conversations with the owner, John. Very personable guy and made us feel welcome. His handiwork throughout the property is impressive. We have already recommended this place to several family members who want to visit Glacier National Park.
We thought we were rolling the dice booking a cabin without indoor plumbing. Turned out to be one of our best hiking vacations. The cabin was clean and the community room well-sticked. Bathrooms and showers well-kept with fresh towels provided each day. Our hostess Jenna was great. Good communication and very responsive. Family run businesss, great people. Great stay!
Birch Cabin was quaint and exacting what our family was looking for our quick weekend get away. Hosts were very welcoming and the place was well organized and tidy. We definitely plan on returning in the future!
Overall, the stay was great. The kids loved the little stream running through the property. The hosts were kind and attentive. Only complaint, were the showers in the bath house. They could have been cleaner, the water pressure was very low when more than one person was showering and the temperature fluctuated between blazing hot and cold.
Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. About 1/2 hour from the west entrance to Glacier National Park.
The cabins were well decorated and comfortable. John greeted us right away. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome. There’s lots for kids to do on the property.
Very close to Glacier park and Columbia falls (the town). The cabin beds (2 of them in their separate rooms) are very very comfortable . The property is very well kept, private, and beautiful. The owner (Mr. john) is incredibly friendly and hard working. The bathrooms are kept very clean and there are always clean towels available.
Our family had a great stay! Our boys loved the kayaking/paddle board pond and we had everything we needed for the Yellowstone stop on our vacation. Thank you so much!
This listing does not do this location/cabin the justice it deserves.
Such a beautifully decorated cabin, on an amazing property not to far from the entrance to Glacier NP.
My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights while we explored the west side of the park.
We were close to the shared amenities, they had multiple spots to sit around the lake to have a meal, they had lawn games available to use aswell.
The cabin was easy to find and the host was friendly and checked to make sure we had everything sorted after check in. Wish we had more time to really enjoy the peace and quiet.
Highly recommend this property
