Columbia City was a convenient place to stop for the night on a long trip from Nebraska to Pennsylvania. Not to close to the noise and busy traffic of the big city of Chicago, but close to good travel routes.

"Simple, basic overnight stay. There was a spot on the ceiling that was missing the textured paint, but room was otherwise clean and comfortable. There wasn't much selection at breakfast and the coffee was weak."
