Powdered creamer is not good and we always throw away the sugar and sweeteners. 2.) there was not an exhaust fan in the water closet Overall, we love staying at the Hotel on Phillips:) "

"Aside from frequent airplane noise, the walls are thin and you can hear people in the halls and conversations in the next room, even snoring. Check in was great, breakfast was good. Overall pretty good if noise doesn't bother you. The newly opened restaurant has potential but at the time we were there they didn't have a liquor license yet or a few other things we requested but that's fine, we managed. "

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was beyond friendly. Our only disappointment was the pool. It was much smaller than I was expecting. With a waterslide, you really need more than 3 foot deep water. This led to lots of scraped knees. Great pool for small children, but not great for older kids."
