"This is our go-to Hotel when staying in Portland, very convenient and neat and friendly staff always. Although... DO NOT stay in the 15th floor!!!! Our first time staying in that floor and it was long night! So much noise from the above floor (level 16 rooftop bar) floor 15 is not for families staying in. "

"The staff were quick to help and kind at every turn. The property has so much history. Loved exploring the historical staircase and learning about all the fascinating people who have stayed here. Room service was quick and the food was cooked well. Breakfast in the Palm Court was quick and delicious!"

"The Customer Service at this Hotel is truly wonderful. I grew up in an era when Customer Service was key to success, this hotel provides that memorable experience. I wish I knew the womans name that greeted my daughter and I when we checked in. She was/is amazing!"

"This home is beautiful and has just about everything you need. We stayed 5 nights. Saw fisherman and deer. Had a bonfire one night. This was a thanksgiving and early Christmas get together with 2 adult children and grandchildren and great grandchildren. Our only complaint was that the compost can was left with moldy scraps under the sink, which attracted fruit flies. They ended up all over the place and we had to swat them away.
