"A wonderful stay in a fascinating town. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast varied daily with fresh fruit, cold meats and cheese and a great range of breads, cakes and biscuits made by Lia. Home made jams too, including cumquat - what a treat! There is a sunny terrace on the top floor that is ideal for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. We would love to return to this haven."

"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"È una struttura con piscina per l'estate ma che va bene anche in inverno accanto a Assisi e a tutte le meraviglie dei dintorni. La signora Giovanna fa delle ottime torte per la colazione e vi sono tanti gatti bellissimi. "

"Very much enjoyed the peaceful garden and using the good sized swimming pool . Lovely rooftop terrace with fab view of Assisi. Host recommended good places to eat locally. Would definitely choose to stay here again very good value for money!"
