"We booked the flat 12 months prior to the date of arrival. The booking was accepted. Then the owner said he may have to put up the price as he had not reviewed the rates. I was happy with this and when I reviewed the rate, I agreed with what was showing. (I didn't have access to what it had been before so wasn't aware how much it had changed) but agreed with the figure. Towards our arrival date Eric asked for a further 90 euros in cash on our arrival. This was the only note I had of an increase....

"We picked this house for a family reunion and to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday. We couldn't have chosen anything better. The house itself is lovely with 5 good bedrooms, a spacious dining room and plenty of outside seating on the terrace. The best feature though is the garden, secure for kids and the family dog and absolutely massive. As per description the kitchen is small, but in combination with the conservatory it worked fine. Hopefully we can return at some point in the future."

We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."
