For such a small place it is very comfortable and quiet. The bed and all its bedding are fabulous, the shower is really great, and all the essentials are provided in the kitchen. My favorite part is that it's a walk away from really neat, eclectic shops and food, and old town shopping.
One thing that is not mentioned is that you must use the little driveway on the east end of the property by the fence. If you attempt to use the one on the west end, the neighbor will come in and park their car & trailer, blocking you in. That seemed rude to me since it was really good access, but it is what it is.
I have to say this is the craziest communication experience I've ever had with VRBO. I was sent an email at booking that I would receive the code 24 hours before my stay. I had to contact an agent to get the phone number for the owner to get the code just a few hours before my stay, because I didn't receive it. I had emailed and asked if I could have early check-in and was assured I could. I was 20 minutes out when I received a message that it would not be ready after all By that time I was there, and I begged to be let in so I could get my groceries in the refrigerator. The response was so slow that I panicked a little and tried to cancel the whole thing, Upon talking with the hostess, I was told that was not possible. A little put out, I did take the unit and I had a comfortable night. I also received the welcome details for the unit after checkout. Their timing was way off.
