Beautiful home with fabulous views of Pikes Peak, the Front Range and the nature of the westside. Situated in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, you are only minutes from downtown and Old Colorado City, with an easy walk to both. Perfect for a family vacation or getaway with friends! Pet and child-friendly, everyone will enjoy their vacation here.

Please note: we DO NOT allow drug use of any sort on our property. We will charge a $500 fine for any use of drugs anywhere on our property, whether odors, remnants of drugs (butts, paraphernalia, etc) or otherwise. Charming home in a great location.

Spring break 24
This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Location was ideal, in the middle of all the fun things to do. Owners were wonderful and kindly mailed back a ring that was left behind.

This is the perfect property for a relaxing getaway weekend. Comfortable furniture and 2 nice back patios with furniture for hanging out. Also close to downtown CO Springs.

Love the purple house!!
Such a fantastic stay. From booking to departure. The house was even cuter in person and all the patios were amazing for hanging out sun or rain. And the cookies were incredible- we are hoping to get the recipe. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views
This property has an amazing view of Pikes Peak and is close to Harden of the Gods and many trails. Don’t miss Helen Hunt falls and the gold mine road at the end. Breath taking. The property has all the amenities you can think of and more. Well stocked kitchen and bath rooms. Could not ask for a quieter neighborhood. And best of all they welcomed our large breed dogs. Thanks we hope to visit again.

We loved our stay at your property. You had everything we needed and more than we expected. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with all the gadgets anyone could want. The view from the front porch was so beautiful and relaxing. Quiet and Cozy with a View
My family and I were in town for a wedding at the Garden of the Gods. This was a perfect location to the venue, Old Colorado City, Downtown, parks, mountains and much more. We loved the accommodations and really being able to just show up with our bags and not have to worry about some of the smaller grocery items that often do not get used up during the stay. We loved the outside area and grilling/eating outside over looking Pikes Peak. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

The house suited our needs very well. With a nine month old, the fourth bedroom was great. The host was extremely responsive to all our needs. The location was perfect - very convenient for all the major attractions we were interested in - Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor area, Manitou Springs and downtown.

Very accommodating. Loved all the night lights, space heaters (not that we needed them), ice cream coupons and welcome bottle of wine. Only suggestion I have would be to turn down the hot water heater a notch. VERY hot!

We absolutely loved staying at Rachel’s house! It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. She left us with the best homemade chocolate chip cookies and delicious coffee, which was a wonderful surprise. The house is on a hill with views of Pikes Peak. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City. It’s also a quick drive to downtown Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, and Red Rock Open Space. We cannot recommend Rachel’s house enough, and hope to stay there again soon!!

Great spot for family
We are a family of 6 and we stayed for a week. There was tons of stuff to do very close by, so this is a great central location. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the house has a great use of space. The host was extremely responsive any time we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again. My advice to future renters is to check the host’s book about what is walkable vs not walkable- it’s accurate! Ice cream may only be a mile away but don’t walk it!

Amazing
Rachel was great to work with, even when we arrived 45 min early. Location was close to everything we needed and views from the decks were great on a clear day. Having a well-equipped kitchen was such a blessing with the shutdown of eateries making food preparation for all meals a necessity. Layout was perfect for the two of us and our two adult teens—everyone had their own room! Thanks so much for making our “social distancing” Spring Break so awesome!

Perfect location for a getaway for 2 plus our dogs
This house is much lovelier than the photos suggest. The mountain views are breathtaking! All the amenities we could have wanted were there. We loved the fenced-in yard too. It rained at the start of our stay so we put towels on the entry floor to keep our muddy paws from soiling the nice carpet. Restaurants & shopping are 4 minutes away. So great! As flat-landers we were a little intimidated by the steep driveway but all went well. Our favorite restaurant was the Garden of the Gods Cafe. We sure hope to visit again.

Cute house, modern and clean inside. Loved the outside decks.
The house was perfect for our family of 6, three teens and one adult daughter. Good proximity to USAFA, which is why we were in Colorado Springs. The kitchen was great, I had everything I needed including spices. I used the crockpot and we BBQ'd twice. So if you plan to make your own meals you won't be disappointed. Inside the house is updated and clean. We will definitely be back.

This cute home easily holds all they list it as. Has more extras than I can list. We had Thanksgiving with our son who is living out here; easily had most of what we needed to do that. So many extras: plenty of towels and blankets, kitchen needs, and toiletries. Easy access to their wifi, Rachel was super available. Great welcome booklet. New stove, large washer and drier…I could go on and on. This is our new home away from home. Rachel is an amazing hostess and you won’t EVER be left wondering with her…in the best possible way.

Great Place to Stay in Colorado Springs
The home was in great condition and was well stocked with lots of thoughtful "extras" like personal hygiene products. The owner was easy to contact and work with as well. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The only down-side is the inadequate darkening shades in the upstairs bedrooms. Sun rises early in Colorado during the spring/summer months and the rooms were too bright to sleep restfully after about 5:45a. Although the large skylight in the master bedroom is lovely, it was too bright for us to sleep-in, which is one of the things we like to do on vacation. If you are an early riser, this home would be perfect for you!

Great Location!!! This house is a hidden treasure! On a very safe, quiet "alley" type drive with friendly neighbors. We were 5 min from Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods. Only 10 minutes from Manitou Springs which is a cool little town and has Cliff Dwelling and Cave of the Winds. Very close to the Zoo and everything we had on our agenda. Plenty of restaurants close by so we never used the beautifully updated kitchen - but it was nice. Colorado Mountain Brewery was my favorite. The house was nicely renovated and very clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we have small dogs and the backyard was a little tall for us to let them off leash and wonder. But in the owners defense, no one in CO seems to mow their yards and if we had bigger dogs, it wouldn't have been a problem. There are 2 decks and a grill in the back that are very nice. Overall a very nice stay!!
