- Master Bedroom is located on the upper level and features a king sized bed with its own private deck, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or taking in the scenic views. There is a large walk-in closet for all your belongings and a spacious en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 is located on the lower level and is furnished with a comfortable queen, log dresser & large closet. For families, this bedroom also has a crib, providing a perfect spot for little ones. All crib bedding is provided.
- Bedroom 3 is also on the lower level with a comfortable queen sized bed. This bedroom shares the downstairs bathroom with bedroom 2.

For your safety and convenience, our property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and two Ring cameras in the backyard. These devices enhance security for both guests and owners, allowing us to monitor wildlife activity and ensure the property remains safe and well-maintained. Additionally, the cameras help us keep an eye on snowfall so we can promptly arrange for snow removal, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and worry-free as possible. Your privacy and safety are always our top priorities.
☆Guest access☆
Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the shed, which is unavailable. Check-in is self-guided using a smart lock. You’ll receive a unique code specifically for your stay, ensuring secure and easy entry.
☆Early Check-in Requests☆
We do our best to accommodate early check-ins whenever possible! While we can’t guarantee check-in before 4 PM, as we need time to prepare the property to perfection, you’re welcome to message us on the day of your arrival to see if it’s ready sooner.
☆PLEASE NOTE☆
There is no air conditioner in this home. This is very common in Colorado mountain homes due to the usual, nice, cool breeze. Feel free to open up the windows to enjoy it or use the fan located in the closet.
4x4 is recommended, especially in winter months
A personalized, digital guide book of the cabin and surrounding areas will also be available after booking is confirmed.

-No smoking or vaping indoors.
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
-No wood-burning or open fires. Only use the provided propane fire pit as per local fire restrictions.
-Dog-friendly policy: Please clean up after your dog and dispose of waste in the outdoor trash bin.
-Guest safety: Use amenities responsibly. The property is not childproofed, and guests assume all risks related to outdoor areas like the hot tub, fire pit, and wildlife.
-Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.
