No camping gear required, and we try to make sure everything is ready for your arrival. Your tent is a Davis Canvas Tent (custom made out of Denver), the best canvas manufacturer in America (our humble opinion).

INTERACTION WITH HOSTS
We are Chris & Wendy Jeub, owners of this 6.5 acre creekside property (have been for 25 years), superhosts for over a dozen consecutive quarters. We’re living life up at the house, and we do not check you in (self-check-in and check-out instructions will come), but you may message us if you need assistance. We work hard to make sure everything is ready for you BEFORE arrival, granting you your space all to yourselves.
If you would like to visit, we may be able to arrange time on your deck for a wine tasting. We make homemade wine, beer, and kombucha. Our most enjoyable time with our guests have been getting to know each other while sipping adult beverages. Seasonal flavors vary and extra fees may apply, but we’ll make sure it’s worth it. Message us and we’ll see if arrangements can be made.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
👍 Wifi Included. Yay! But don’t get too used to it. Enjoy the outdoors while you’re here.
👍 Other Glampers. This is one of several units on the property. We’re all much more spread out than a traditional campground, but be conscientious of space and proximity.
👍 Hiking Trails. We have a few secret trails we like to share with guests, one being to Monument Rock just a mile away. We’ll have info when you get here.
👍 Cleaning Tips. We hire college students and our children to clean up after you. Please consider leaving a tip or send one through our app. They always put a skip in their step!
NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Our neighborhood is unincorporated El Paso County bordering the Town of Monument, not “out in the boonies.” You’ll see houses on the eastern horizon and rural properties to the west, but our property is large and Monument Creek flows year-round, serving as the separator between the rural and residential civilizations. I-25 is minutes away with all the amenities of life (Walmart, Ford Amphitheater, tourist attractions), but just far enough to enjoy wandering deer, flying waterfowl and eagles, and howling coyotes at night.
GETTING AROUND
On the map we’re just 2 miles from town, but there are not defined walkways or sidewalks to make town an easy walk. We strongly suggest vehicles during your stay, preferably with some clearance to enter in and exit the property.
