This unique modern home is perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is perched above downtown Manitou Springs with partial views of Pikes Peak and a short walk to the heart of downtown Manitou Springs.

The home features an addition completed in 2007 by Elizabeth Wright-Ingrahm, grand-daughter of Frank Lloyd Wright, with a picture window concept, a three story glass window with a passive solar design concept. This architectural wonder is a jewel in the heart of beautiful Manitou Springs.

We came to visit my brother in Colorado Springs and I’m so happy we decided to stay here. The views were amazing and the house was really cool. The layout was a little different but it was still very nice.

A View to Remember
This house is amazing in every way! Its perfectly located, walking distance to downtown. The view is breathtaking and every bedroom has a view! The home is fully stocked with everything you need. We will be back!

Beautiful property and you cannot beat the views. Owner was very gracious allowing us to check in early on the day of our arrival. Very unique architecture and close enough to walk downtown (even with a preschooler).

Wonderful respite!!
We had a wonderful stay! The house is clean, fit our family of four perfectly, and was central to Maintou Springs, Seven Falls, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, along with the restaurants where we had reservations. These accommodations helped to make our short get away a relaxing retreat.

Fantastic views! Great location. The bathrooms are very small due to the angles in the home. The home was one of the cleanest we've rented on VRBO and beds were comfortable.

Our family loved everything about this beautiful spacious property! Walked to Manitou Springs for shopping, snacks, and eats. Close drive to all the attractions we wanted to visit for our awesome family vacation…just wish we could have stayed longer. Will surely come back to visit in the future!

The location and views are incredible, as it's an easy walk downhill to the heart of town. The house is designed to take in the best angles from all directions of the valley and is really inspiring! As a frequent VRBO user, this host made everything super easy and efficient. This is definitely a recommended spot to explore the broader area!

The views are amazing! Only downside is you may miss out on activities because you just want to lounge here. Nicely appointed kitchen and bedrooms. Outdoor space is wonderful, especially for morning coffee or evening cocktails. There are lots of stairs and not a lot of privacy due to the open concept. Will definitely stay again!

Fantastic house and location!
My family of 4 (two boys under 12) had a wonderful time. The location was perfect to explore the area and enjoy the evenings at home admiring the amazing mountains. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and the house was just what we needed - still thinking about the gorgeous views.

A Magical Visit
Stunning views, well appointed and a kitchen with all we needed to make Christmas dinner, and a short walk to the wonderful town of Manitou Springs. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

It was an absolute escape that was so therapeutic between the views of pikes peak and the town and other mountains as well as the amazing architecture that I appreciated so much and the wildlife around the house and the walks into town for coffee and Springs exploration. The beds were comfortable and the house was stored with all needed amenities!

Our stay in this beautiful home was as close to perfect as it could be! Renae was very responsive to our needs. Privacy and relaxation abound here. Early, quiet mornings and crisp evenings spent on the patio gave this home a resort like feel. The view is just spectacular day and night. A short walk down the hill brings you to the unique and charming Manitou Village! Garden of Gods and Pikes Peak Cog Rail were among some of the best sites! The Cheyenne zoo is a friendly zoo where you can pet wallaby’s and feed giraffes! The Penny Arcade was pretty cool for all ages- throwback in time!
