Excellent rental
The location was in an average neighborhood, but very convenient (and safe). We rent properties very often and this one was the best equipped we have ever rented. Not just great new equipment but basic ingredients, soaps (even for dishwasher and washing machine), towels, cookware, utensils to cook and eat, plates, bowls, cups, etc. Easy to check in and check out. Almost perfect!

December 2023 Weekend in Colorado Springs
The property is well maintained, and with the exception of an issue with the furnace, we were very comfortable staying at the property. The furnace issue was addressed promptly and resolved satisfactorily. The property is easy to get to from I-25 and is conveniently located. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Altogether, it was a very pleasant place to stay and we would stay here again in the future.

Perfect Get Away
I booked this property for my parents, uncle and aunt to celebrate their birthdays. Communication was excellent from the very beginning. Property was just as described and the towns were close by.

Pros - unit has new appliances including washer and dryer. The unit is ran by Renjoy rental management and they do a nice job of including supplies such as paper towels and laundry detergent. The unit was also stocked with some bottles of water, kcups and snacks. Cons - our furnace wasn’t working and the temperature of the unit dropped to 59 degrees. The thermostat is controlled by the property manager offsite. From the time I notified the property manager it took 10+ hours for the repair to happen which involved us coming back to the unit mid-day and delaying our plans. The furnace was from1984 and clearly in need of maintenance/replacement. The unit was not cleaned up to standards and was even noted by the maintenance man when he came to repair the furnace. The unit is part of a 4 unit complex that has a dog barking and at one point was tied outside to one of the poles in the parking overhang next to our rental car. The master shower had no water pressure or warm water so we used the 2nd bathroom the entire time. Also no wash cloths stocked with the linens. The unit is not located in the nicest neighborhood but convenient to getting to places around Co Springs.
