Close to USAFA!
This home is in a beautiful neighborhood and is a quick ride to the Air Force Academy. This is a perfect home for parents weekend or graduation and is dog friendly! The yard is great and the hole has multiple areas for either gathering or quiet time. Bill and Patti were wonderful and very accommodating!

Large Monument home
Perfect house for our family group visiting for a wedding. The house has many amenities and generous extras like comfortable furniture, coffee, spices, plenty of paper goods, towels, blankets, and more. I would recommend Bill and Patty’s place to anyone visiting Monument. Thanks for a great stay!

Family vacation
This is a very central place to stay to do pikes peak, whaite water rafting, royal gorge, and Garden of the Gods. This house is very clean and organized. The host were great and welcomed us and made sure that we had everything that we needed.

Owners were great to work with and made us feel like they genuinely wanted us to feel comfortable and have a great time. Great House and Location
This was our best experience staying with VRBO! The house was great and Bill and Patty were excellent hosts. The house was decorated for the holiday and made us feel like we were at home for Christmas. We had our entire family come to celebrate with us and everything was perfect. We will definitely tell others to stay here and will always check here first when returning to the area.

I had several of my bridesmaids and their partners share this lovely home with me. There was ample space to spread out and have your private space as well as fun large group areas to hang together. Also great location - we had our rehearsal dinner downtown in Colorado Springs. Our guests hiked Garden of the Gods. We visited Monuments farmers market and hiked around Monument rock!! Great memories!! Thanks to our hosts for making us feel welcome and accommodating group!!

Outstanding Rental - Exactly As Advertised
The perfect rental house for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and spacious house to rent in Monument. We traveled with our dog and the backyard was just the right size to let her run around, while the high fence gave us peace of mind. The home has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay and not worry about the details. Some listings just say it, this one delivers. Access to the home was simple via the front door or garage. The driveway was long enough to accommodate my large vehicle and the garage was a perfect place to dry gear after a day outdoors. The home has a TON of space for families or groups of all sizes. Five stars all around and we would absolutely rent this home again on our next trip to Monument.

This place is amazing and has everything
This was a GREAT place to stay. It literally was stocked with everything you could imagine! We stayed there for my daughters wedding at Pinecrest and it was all we ever imagined. It was super close and conveniently located to the venue. The house had plenty of room for everyone to gather in one room but also plenty of places for individuals to get away for peace and quiet. We hosted my daughter’s bridal brunch and it was a perfect set up. The open kitchen is very well stocked and we even found cute crystal serving platters to use. They even had an apron so we didn’t get dirty cooking. The owners were easy to get a hold of and super accommodating! Would highly highly recommend this place. 10/10!!!

Great Rental for Families
We rented this home for two nights while in the area for a family event. The home was clean, very cozy, nice outdoor space with plenty of seating, LOTS of space so you don't feel cramped (there were 7 of us) and contained everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owners were very responsive to messages, allowed us to check-in a little early, and provided a wonderful pet friendly environment. We literally felt like we were at "home" and not a rental! The neighborhood is very quiet and despite being close to the interstate, there was very little noise. Super easy access to shopping and food. Quick and easy access to Colorado Springs. The only drawback (though minor) was that the bed mattresses were extremely soft. If you sleep better on a medium or firm mattress, be prepared! Would definitely consider renting this home again and won't hesitate to recommend it to anyone we know looking for a quiet and relaxing rental in the Monument/Colorado Springs area.
