Park-like setting, tucked away in a secluded bluff-side cul de sac, this beautiful quiet main level apartment in a home is not to be missed. Great view of Pikes Peak, close to all amenities, centrally located.
Downtown - 10 minutes, Airport - 15 minutes, Air Force Academy - 12 minutes.
You would never know that you are staying in the heart of the city because it feels like country living in this neighborhood. The home-stay suite, situated against the tree-lined bluffs, gives a sense of privacy and peacefully quiet, even with our family of deer who often come to visit.
Relax in these cozy and elegant surroundings, including family room, kitchenette/wet bar. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Sleeps up to 4 people. A spacious bathroom allows for more than one person to be using it.
A Private Entrance and off road parking in the circular driveway. Includes Wifi, Cable TV, Washer/Dryer and a Private Entrance.
Kitchenette has everything needed for cooking - Microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, electric frying pan, and more.
Washer/dryer use for additional fee.

Central Location in Colorado Springs
Great location. Clean. No A/C in the summer. It was Hot. Host had plenty of fans. It’s perfect if you plan on eating out, not much of a kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood.

Warm and cosy and so inviting. Beautifully decorated with so many lovely little touches that make you feel so at home. Such a sense of peace in this home. Beautiful view of Pikes Peak through the trees. Nice location. Linda was an amazing host,so thoughtful,kind and caring. So blessed to have stayed here.

It was a nice place everything was okay. It was a great place to stay. There was a light held up by duck tape in the master bedroom that was a little off-putting. Other than that really nice place.

Amazing Rental
This rental is amazing, it’s cute and in a perfect location most everything is within 10-15 minutes. Palmer park is not to far and has amazing views. The big windows in the living area have a beautiful view of pikes peak and is beautiful!! The homeowner is amazing and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. She is very responsive when you message her! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Fabulous vacation
We had a great time in CO Springs at Village Seven. It was perfectly located for our needs and was a nice space to stay. Everything was very well stocked and directions were clear. There was space to sprawl out and spend time together and the bedrooms were comfy. Slept great! Thanks for hosting, we'll stay again should we need future accommodations in the Springs. Thanks!

Everything we needed was provided. They had a variety of snacks and coffee waiting when we arrived. Anything we needed whe we were there was available in the unit and the owner was really helpful about recommending places to go see and eat.

Wonderful! Just as advertised
Cute and very clean. it's like an in-law apartment and owner lives on the property so everything is well maintained. The kitchen might be a problem for long stays as there is no stove but there is a huge crock pot, hot plates, microwave, electric fry pan. We stayed for 1 week and cooked several meals and did fine. If ever in the area again would difinately stay here.

Wonderful host
Our host, Linda, was more than accommodating during our stay. She greeted us personally on the first day and checked up to make sure we had everything we needed. The property on a hill overlooked the mountains. Beautiful mountain breezes every night in July! Convenient to all stores. Location on a quiet cul-de-sac. Everything was great. She even treated a wasp sting my husband got as we were about to head home. We would love to stay there again. Highly recommend!

Lovely little apartment
Cute and cozy downstairs apartment. Perfect location for us while we visited our son and his family. Nice living room with L shaped couch. A space heater was available although we didn’t need it. We didn’t get a chance to meet Linda but she had a snack basket waiting for us. Little kitchenette has a hotel type fridge and a 12 cup Coffee pot with filters and coffee available. Along with dish set for 4. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when not traveling with our fur baby.

Austin Bluffs refuge.
I didn’t give communication full rating but I suspect it has to do with the VRBO. Site. Everytime (tried several times), I tried to contact, including this rating, I would just get an odd fuzzy pic of a group, seeing them from the back, looking off into the distance. Linda was great. The apartment was GREAT. We were amazed @ how private it was for being smack dab in the middle of the city. Very comfortable, would rebook again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Kristine &:Linda both.

Cozy & Chill
Linda's place is wonderful. I would not hesitate to stay again. I have allergies & chemical sensitivities. Her place is over the top clean. She uses fragrance free products for laundry and cleaning, which I really appreciated. It snowed 3 inches during our stay which was beautiful! Linda was out shoveling both during the snow and right away in the morning to make sure the driveway and sidewalks were safe for us. Linda was quick to respond to communication. She lives above the property; however, our space was quiet & private. We had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. Would have loved to stay longer. I hope her home is available the next time we are in town.

No ac
The location was nice and the place was clean. The unit does not provide ac but did provide fans. I am from Texas so ac is just as common as electricity and running water. The host and her grandsons greeted us instantly. The unit is below the hosts living quarters so you can hear running around. The host does not supply extra rolls of toilet paper (the rule packet says apt style living so you must provide your own) but does provide other toiletries. There are stores near by to be able to purchase your on supplies. The wifi is turned off from 12:30am-5:30am although in the rule packet she says to reach out if issues. Overall the place was clean but I am not used to bnb’s having so many rules. Sleeping with windows open at night did not provide a safe feeling for us. I would not stay at this location again and would rather spend the extra money to have a comfortables nights rest.

Awesome Experience!
Staying at this property was a unique & unforgettable experience! We were fortunate to meet our delightful hostess upon arrival! She was by far the most responsive hostess who ensured we had everything we needed. The house was cozy, well setup, clean and stocked with all the items you need in kitchen, bathroom & laundry. There were welcome goodies & laminated instruction cards for everything. Check-in was very easy. The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac in a neighborhood up on a bluff. The very large window in the living room has an awesome view of the front range including Pikes Peak. Seeing the sky light up with color for sunrise and sunsets was such a delight! The location was perfect! It is convenient to amenities and shopping however you feel as if you are away from everything. The home is surrounded by beautiful trees & deer roamed the neighborhood in the morning. We will definitely be staying here again! We look forward to it!
