Our home is located in a safe, serene, and walkable neighborhood.
As our guests, you'll have access to your own private driveway which can hold 2 average sized vehicles or 1 large truck as well as ample street parking right out front mere steps from the front door.
During your stay you will have private access to our entire home, the front yard, front porch, the back deck and the fully enclosed backyard.
PET POLICY:
We allow a maximum of two dogs.
Please advise us if you will be bringing your pets.
Owners must clean up after their pet's waste.
Pets must not be left alone in our house unless they are crated.
Pets must be kept off of the beds, chairs, and sofa.
Special exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis with specific approval from the owners.
Guest ID Verification + Fraud Prevention + Damage Protection Deposit Policy:
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through an industry leading insurance provider, Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our vacation rentals with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be asked to authorize a damage protection deposit for up to $500 via our insurance provider Superhog in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small service fee of $10.
Important: your reservation will not be considered finalized unless this 'Know Your Guest' guest ID verification + fraud prevention process is completed.
