Great place and location!
Very clean and exactly as advertised. Great location to pretty much every Colorado Springs attraction. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. View of the mountains was really nice, too!

Christmas Visit
We were so lucky to have stayed in this beautiful townhome which was super spacious. centrally located and very comfortable for us. We slept amazing and even loved the garage entry and parking. All the amenities we needed for our stay and more. Would love to stay here every time we visit Colorado Springs.

My husband and I spent 5 nights at this property and it was perfect for our stay. Communication was simple but clear and included everything we needed. Having laundry available was great and we really enjoyed the arcade game. Parking was tricky in a bigger truck but we managed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best vacation in a while! The house was awesome with plenty of room and all the amenities we wanted including excellent WiFi and a cool pac man game upstairs. Garage offered plenty of space as well. The host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Definitely a 5 STAR experience!!

It was clean, except one grease looking stain on a flat sheet. Lovely and accommodating, a little warm upstairs in the summer but cooled down nicely at night. Property manager was always quick to respond and easy to work with. We would stay at this property again.

Great townhouse in quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay at the Stetson Hills townhome. The owners provided codes for the front door and garage which made our arrival very smooth. The garage parking was a plus as it snowed 2 of the days we were there. The home was very clean and looks like new. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. We would stay here again.

Cleanest vacation rental ever
This had to be the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in! Which is a huge deal for me. The townhouse was even better than the pictures which isn’t usually the case. Ty was quick to respond with the minor issues of the fire detector needing a new battery. We used to live in the Springs so the location was perfect for where we needed to be. I will stay there every visit from now on.

Good place
The place was clean and had lots of room. I was very disappointed that all the bedrooms were all upstairs. I am handicapped and climbing the stairs was extremely difficult for me. When we reviewed them description online, it looked like one bedroom was downstairs. We couldn't find local Colorado Springs TV stations on any of the TVs. To watch TV, you had to have a streaming service subscription. Chairs in the master bedroom would have been nice too. There's plenty of room and in a great neighborhood. The rental was well worth the reasonable price.

Colorado Springs family vacation
The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the week. It was great to have a full-size side by side washer and dryer. Since the townhome is just a couple years old all appliances were in great condition. The owners were super responsive and easy to contact with our questions prior to our visit. Our 2 teens were grateful to have their own bedrooms with TVs. Master bedroom had a big walk in closet with adjoining bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet and very well maintained. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to Colorado Springs. Thanks for a wonderful experience Jake and Ty!

Home Away From Home
We lived in the area several years ago so it was nice to find a place that was close to our old stomping grounds. The condo was great and met all our needs. The rooms were spacious and having access to a washer and dryer was great. Traffic noise is minimal and amenities are nearby. Everything was easy access. Can't wait to come back.
