Complete with a Smart TV, full kitchen, and two bathrooms this space is perfect for young traveling professionals, nurses/doctors, college students, or newcomers moving to Colorado! This historic property has beautiful wood floors, big windows, and 25-foot ceilings. There is a beautiful view of Pikes Peak and an outdoor fenced-in the front area. Street parking is free.
