The Space:
Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for couples, families, and business travelers. Whether you're here for a business trip, vacation, or weekend getaway, our meticulously designed home caters to your every need.
🛋️ Living Room: Relax in the comfy living area and catch up on your favorite shows on the large Smart TV. The open layout makes it easy to move around. For extra guests, there's a Queen sofa bed and bench seating cushions that can serve as a single bed.
🍳 Kitchen: Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. It features modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the utensils you need. Enjoy your meals at the high-top counter and make memories with loved ones.

During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire lower-level unit, including all its amenities and facilities. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🏡 Private Entry: This is a garden-level basement unit with a private entry. Please note that this is a shared space with the tenants upstairs, so you may hear some noise from above.
🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property.
✅ City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city.
