The stay was a good one. The mattress were actually pretty good. But the staff went above and beyond when I had to check out early for a family emergency. They contacted Expedia on my behalf to see about a partial refund. The staff also gave me and my family water bottles for the trip home. They didn’t have to care that much or at all but they did because they are good people.

The customer service when we arrived late that night due to our flight getting delayed was all we needed to make the best of our one night stay. Thank you for welcoming us with a smile. A very clean hotel stay! The front desk staff was excellent with check in. They provided info on dinning areas. The breakfast was good! A shout out to Dee! who over saw the kitchen for breakfast was always making sure there was enough food and kept the area clean! Very courteous and helpful!
