Perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, ample supplies and being able to walk out to the pathway into Garden of the Gods was just superb. Highly recommend a stay at this property.

Long weekend stay
Had a wonderful stay. The house was great and the perfect location for everything we wanted to do while in town. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra linens, pillows, and towels. We had a blast!

This was a great place for our family to stay when we were in Colorado Springs for my daughter's college graduation from CC. Fantastic location. We loved strolling on the trails in Garden of the Gods. House was spacious and very clean.

Great place to stay
This was a great place to stay. The location was beautiful. The home was clean very well kept and the property managers were an awesome couple. If you were looking for a place to stay in Colorado Springs to spend time with the family, this would be a wonderful choice. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing. Just walk out the door and into the Garden of the Gods. Every activity we went to was within a 15 minute drive, and the house has plenty of room for us all to spread out.

Perfect Vacation
We really enjoyed the location as we hiked all the Garden of the Gods trails. The house was perfect and in a quiet neighborhood. The family enjoyed playing pool and watching movies at night.

Excellent Location, great house
Spent our Thanksgiving with family. House is great with plenty of space. Cannot beat the location. We hiked every day at Garden of the Gods and the ranch next door. Close to Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and plenty of things to do.

Great house, great location!
I can't emphasize enough how great this house was and the host was incredible! This house is a sidewalk away from Garden of the Gods and great walking and hiking trails. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. There is plenty of room and had everything we needed, plus some, for a great stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful, too! We hope to stay there again!

The Perfect Home
This “home” was just perfect. Exceptionally clean, felt like home, everything you needed. Great location easy to go any direction to explore. Loved seeing wildlife out the back, able to walk to Garden of the Gods. Communication with home owner was very easy. 5 star ⭐️ in our book.

Our Stay!
This was our second time staying at Pleasant Valley. We absolutely love the location and the house is great too! Everything is always clean, tidy and welcoming! We are grateful for our time there and will for sure be back! You can’t beat walking out your front door to Garden of The Gods!

We had a quick, but nice stay in Colorado Springs. We wanted a home near the Garden of the Gods and this home was a perfect fit for us. Comfortable furnishings, lovely decor and all around pleasant stay. We were walking distance to Garden of the Gods. The weather—well, it’s Colorado, so you never know what you’re going to get. April snow! We still got in a hike. Our host was responsive and welcoming.

House was exceptionally clean, very updated, all accommodations were perfect for our party of 8 adults. A bit farther from USAFA than I anticipated, but close to downtown and other activities which was a plus. Would strongly recommend, and will likely be back.

Excellent location!
An access to the Garden of the God’s trails is just yards from the front door! My family walked them in the morning and evening and then did other stuff during the day. Lots of space, very comfortable, and we loved the foosball table! Kitchen well-equipped - there was even a crockpot!!! Highly recommend!

Awesome stay in Colorado Springs
Firstly, the location cannot be beat. As promised you can easily walk into the Garden of the Gods from the house and avoid the traffic hassles. In addition, it is really close to the shops and restaurants of the Old Colorado City district, and close to Manitou Springs and all of its attractions. The house itself is an older home that has been tastefully renovated and decorated and was immaculately clean. It served our family well.

Family vacay
We had a family vacation to celebrate some important dates. This location worked great for our group. We liked the proximity to the Garden of the Gods. We had 2 seniors, some little kids, and adults, so it was nice to have the option for some people to stay home and nap and for others to walk into the park. There is also a historical farm close by that my nephew like to walk around. We did a lot of cooking while at the home and we were able to find everything we needed to cook. We would stay here again!

Beautiful property- plenty of room for 7 of us (5 were single). Saw wildlife in yard every day. Only downside- with 5 women getting dressed for a wedding, we realized only one bedroom had a mirror. Other than that, house in best neighborhood by Garden of the Gods. Highly recommend.

Nice stay close to park & Garden of the Gods
This house is ideally located for hiking to Garden of the Gods and next to a historic park area with green space, old buildings, pond, chickens, etc. We loved the easy access to the outdoors. The house itself needs a bit more maintenance and upkeep. For ex. some bulbs/lights were not working and ceiling fans were coated with dirt. We found it surprising that the host took a day or longer to respond to messages left with the VRBO app. The living/dining areas had enough space to accommodate 5 adults and spend quality time together. We had a lovely stay, and would consider coming back. The area is really beautiful in the spring time.

Nice property but can’t lock door to garage
Great location since it’s close to Garden of the Gods, nice house, but no way to lock back door from house to garage. Owners are aware and prefer it that way for some reason, claimed they didn’t have a key for the door. Also, no window coverings on street level bonus room. If you’re security minded, the lack of a lock on back door is a deal breaker. Also, you must climb stairs to get to main living area, problem for elderly family members. Maybe that’s obvious in pictures but I didn’t realize until I got there.

Wow - just wow
Stumbled across this listing and am so glad we did. We pulled in and immediately jumped on our bikes and rode to the Garden of the Gods. We came back 45 minutes later to unload the car. This amazing home and location were second to none. Having AC was a big change for us in Colorado and that AC hitting you in the face as you come back in side is fantastic. Everything about our stay in this home was great - comfortable beds, great location, solid communication from Julie (owner), spacious garage for our bikes/roof rack, etc. It was an amazing stay in an amazing city! Do yourself a favor and stay here if you are going to bike and/or hike Garden of the Gods...so great! PS It is small thing, but it counts - paper towels / toilette paper were high quality. would highly recommend and stay here again.
