Come enjoy this comfortable Monument, Colorado vacation rental! This beautiful home is tucked away on a large private corner lot, only 5 minutes to quaint downtown Monument and a few minutes to I25 where you can be in Colorado Springs in just 20 minutes or Denver in 40 minutes. Looking to be close to the US Air Force Academy? This short-term rental is only a 13-minute drive to the North Gate! This is the perfect home for families and groups of friends with a main level master bedroom and 3 more large bedrooms in the basement, fire-pit, and foosball are sure to make everyone happy!

This spacious home boasts nearly 3000 sq/ft between the main level and walk-out basement. The main level offers a lovely covered front porch for morning coffee or afternoon beverages and a rear deck with a view of the front mountain range or whip up some BBQ. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a semi-open floor plan with living and dining areas, and a well-stocked kitchen. There is a large master bedroom with an en suite bathroom (double vanity), a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The main level also offers an office with a desk/printer for those that are coming to work or have to log in on vacation! The living room is large and comfortable! Sit around and get cozy by the fireplace while you watch a movie on the Smart TV!

The lower level offers walk-out access to a fenced backyard. There is another cozy family room with another fireplace and Smart TV! Challenge your friends to some foosball or head out to the patio and sit around the fire pit to cap off your adventurous day! The basement also has 3 more large bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The location of this home provides everything Colorado offers! Hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, site seeing, family attractions, dining, shopping, the Air Force Academy, natural and historical sites, and more. We are 2 miles from the town of Monument and Interstate 25. Approximately 15 minutes north of Colorado Springs, about 20 minutes south of Castle Rock, and about 40 minutes to Denver.

Great stay with our pups!

We enjoyed our stay in this great Monument property while house hunting. We loved relaxing by the fireplace on the very cold nights. Our dugs loved the backyard and the location was great! We even saw mule deer walking across the street several times.

Pretty much perfection. My only complaint would be the listing. It says pet friendly. However, after you book it tells you there's a two pet max and a 75 pet charge for each pet. I wish they would've disclosed this before the booking as I have three pets. I would have looked at somewhere else. Booking agent was accommodating.

Family Colorado Vacation

This house was perfect for our family if 5 and my parents. They had the room on the main level and we all had a room in the lower level. Lots of room to spread out but could also spend evenings playing games and watching the Olympics in the family room. Easy drive within 30 minutes of Colorado Springs. House was clean and owner was quick to respond with questions. Will stay here again if we visit Colorado again.

Family wedding in Monument

Our family came to Monument for a wedding and we found this home to be cozy and clean in a perfect location to Monument and Colorado Springs. Very nice house

Really enjoyed our stay the house was nicer than pictured. Great location close to Colorado Springs and Denver. Loved the back yard and really enjoyed the fireplace. Beds are comfortable and the house has everything you need. We saw deer and a few rabbits. I will definitely stay again.

St. Patrick's Day Visit

The property was awesome. Despite Monument receiving the highest snowfall day in 26 years, the property had the driveway cleared, the steps shoveled off and everything was great inside. The fireplace was very welcome, the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, everyone slept well! Thanks.

Peaceful, clean and comfortable

This is our second time staying here. We love to hike in the surrounding area. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is adequately stocked. We cooked a few meals in and have done a load or two of laundry with supplied detergent. Plenty of space to enjoy inside and outside. The yard is fenced. There is a wire fence attached to the wooden fence so your small dog won’t get out. We also spent a fair amount of time in Colorado Springs. It’s about half an hour away with lots to do. Yes we’d stay here again.

Long Weekend for Family Wedding

This house was perfect for our group of 7 and our dog! We had a family wedding that was 15 minutes away on a ranch, and we were able to take advantage of the close the proximity to both Colorado Springs and Denver during our 5 day stay. The property manager checked in on us via email and responded quickly to our questions. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again if we come back to the area!

Large clean place in monument CO

Super clean, super easy and super close to a cemetery, yikes! No biggie, no ghosts were seen, just rabbits and deer! Pretty mtn. view to the west off the porch! Go for it you’ll love this house 😘
