Everything was clean, wonderful, and as described in the listing. The mountain views and easy distance to all the natural attractions, especially Garden of the Gods, was our favorite part.

What an incredible getaway! Very quiet and private. Coffee on the patio with mountain views was my favorite part. My toddler loved seeing the horses across the street! Very close to all the fun in Manitou Springs. Easy access to the city or hiking. Very accommodating hosts, comfortable beds, big closets, tons of natural lighting, stocked kitchen, wine cooler, beautiful landscaping... you don't have to leave your VRBO to enjoy your vacation.

Fantastic spot in the Springs!
This cozy, comfortable home exceeded our expectations. We stayed here over a long weekend, and as promised, was well-located for hikes and excursions in and around the Springs. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the hosts provided a complimentary selection of snacks, in addition to an honor bar for wine. It was quiet and peaceful, and the highlight was a morning visit from 10 mule deer! We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect place to stay. Immaculately clean, thoughtfully appointed with kitchen necessities and comforts for relaxing and sleeping. We are a family of 3 this was a perfect place for us! Home was clean, kitchen was fully stocked, living room felt super cozy! This place is in close proximity to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Cheyenne Mtn Zoo & restaurants! We had a great time here definitely recommend this place for small family/groups! This house could not be more perfectly placed! We were next to every activity on our list from, hiking, to cave touring, to horseback riding. We saw deer while we drank our coffee with a Mountain View. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This was an amazing stay! One of the best we’ve had while staying in CO. We had great Mountain Views and great experiences with the deer. The wine provided was amazing and the home had everything we needed. We hope to stay here each time we stay in Colorado!

comfortable, well located and quiet
Home. Everything you need. Close to groceries and you can walk right onto hiking trails.. no need to drive miles and miles to hike. I'm a nerd that is very out of shape but at the end of the week was walking the palmer trails .. beautiful and nice to see I could get my bones on those hills and quickly get back to comfort... Nice people and care in providing you with a home to walk off the trails to begin relaxing.

LOVED this place! The hosts really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable, with all the little extra touches. The wine fridge, with wine for purchase at a reasonable price, was a GREAT idea!! Plus it's a gorgeous location and close to everything. It's great to be able to walk down the street and hike Garden of the Gods trails.

The home was gorgeous, with all the touches of coziness and warmth we were hoping for. As far as the location goes - it could not have been more perfect! Cozy home, great location!
This very clean, comfortable home is well stocked with anything you could need and in such a great central location to many of the Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs attractions. Marcia and Brian were excellent and thoughtful hosts, particularly as the massive snow storm hit on 3/13-3/14. We appreciated their kindness and greatly enjoyed our stay in their VRBO. If we ever get to return to Colorado, I would certainly stay here again as this was perfect for our family of 5. Thank you Marcia and Brian for being such wonderful hosts!
