Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. Beautiful cozy home. We went with another couple to watch my son play basketball at the college. Amazing location. We could just walk downtown! Beautifully decorated and owner was so amazing!

We loved staying here! When talking about our vacation our youngest tells everyone about “the place with the bunk beds!” Well equipped with everything we needed and very clean! Would stay here again for sure!

This property was great! Walking distance to everything, clean and easy check in process. The only con was doing the laundry before we left. We will still go back and stay here. It was clean and beautiful!

Fantastic location. Mountain View was awesome. Walked around the old colorado city area shops and restaurants. Close to Manitou Springs, Gardens of the gods and pikes peak. House was everthing advertised.

Fantastic location, super comfy

The location of the farmhouse retreat could not have been better! Three aging college friends met for a fabulous long weekend. The beds were more comfortable than home, the place had everything we possibly could have needed. When we messed up the push button lock the host was super responsive. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Old Colorado City Farmhouse Retreat

Ours was just a quick overnight stay, so we really did not get a chance to take advantage of the lovely property. It was nicely decorated and well appointed. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. The area was convenient to local attractions.

We enjoyed our stay! This place was nicely decorated and was in the perfect location for everything we had planned to do. However the coffee pots did not operate properly, the bed blocks the air vent so it was hot every night, and there was mildew in the shower. Just needs a little fine tuning.

We were in town for USAF graduation. Perfect option as other family rented the other side of duplex so we were close but each had our own space. Location is great - walkable to downtown Old Colorado City and many dining options. Home was exactly as pictured and very clean and comfortable. Would stay again and highly recommend to anyone.

Great Place and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was decorated very nicely. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping in Old Colorado City. It was also so convenient to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs, which are great destinations.
