The Space:
The cottage has a portable air conditioner so you can stay cool during summer months. The space has been remodeled with new floors, cabinets, doors, and a brand new bathroom. It's beautifully decorated and includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms with one queen and full bed.
Spectacular location! It's within 5 minutes from the main downtown strip, 7 minutes from Old Colorado City strip, and 10 minutes from The Garden of The Gods. Many amenities provided: TV with Netflix, Fast WIFI, quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and much more! The cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, parents with kids, and business travelers!

Guest Access:
The whole cottage is completely private to you and an outdoor patio in front it. The cottage can be located after driving in between the two garages in the back alley. You may park in front of the garages or between them. It is completely up to you! Access is with a door code and it will be provided to you once you book your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located just a few blocks north of Downtown Colorado Springs, this neighborhood combines those great urban amenities that Colorado Springs has developed over the last few years with a quiet, suburban flow. The streets here are wide and lined with mature trees. The housing stock dates from the turn of the century (20th), and large, fully updated homes are mixed with others that might present an opportunity for an enterprising investor. Restaurants, local shops and nightlife are all just a few blocks away to the south … close enough to walk or ride to, but also easily accessible by car. The downtown layout being a simple grid, travel to the best, most well-known attractions for travelers and guests to Colorado Springs is easy. Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Broadmoor are all about 15 minutes (or less) away from this location. Urban amenities combined with near-suburban practicality—this location is perfect for savvy short-term guests.
Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
* Dog policy -Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed unless they are certified service animals.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like soap, toilet paper etc.

Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Entrance and parking is located on the side road between Wasatch and Corona Street. We will send you specific directions to help you access the house easier.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

- We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we can do this free of charge. Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early for an early check-in or the day before your departure for a late check-out.
