Canyon Retreat in the City

Resort living in town with amazing view of Pikes Peak. Fully furnished, 3 bedroom with sparkling clean hot tub and private patio. Private full first floor living space/apartment. Located in the high end, Rockrimmon area, guests have a secluded, private entrance full basement apartment. Their own sparkling clean salt water spa, fire pit with city overlook, patio with dining for 6. Newly remodeled with new flooring, appliances and much more. Safe neighborhood with amazing views for a very reasonable price. Please note that we have a strict no smoking policy and we are not 420/mjm friendly. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere. (thanks for understanding!) Also, please note that there are no shared spaces, but my wife and I live in the upper level. You likely will not see us after checkin. FYI: we are a legal and permitted property: Colorado Springs permit: STR-1156

Great stay.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely adore this place. The hosts are most gracious and very responsive. The unit is super clean and so cozy. It's really a small slice of heaven. Can't wait to come back.

Great location, very close to Garden of the Gods and just a short drive to so many other things to see. House was clean and comfortable for our family. We especially loved the hot tub and seeing deer just outside the patio and throughout the neighborhood. Owners are friendly and helpful but not obtrusive. Amazing parents weekend getaway
We had an amazing parent’s weekend. The home was clean, comfortable with all the amenities needed including a relaxing hot tub and incredible sunrise and sunset included! Our hosts were kind enough to accommodate early check-in and departure. So much appreciated !

This was the perfect stay for my husband and 4 yr old daughter. We had great views from the fire pit especially, and ate dinner on the patio. We had short drive to Garden of the Gods, zoo, red rocks canyon and cog railway. We loved the sage neighborhood and the owners were very kind and quick to respond to our questions through text. I am staying in town for work, and my wife came to visit for our anniversary. Steve's place was perfect. Steve is a super nice guy. The house was wonderful with an amazing view, hot tub, and fire pit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location
This property was everything we could have wanted. It was a prefect location to be in a quiet part of Colorado Springs to truly enjoy nature, but it was also perfect for day trips. We went to Rocky Mountain National Park, Great Sand Dunes National Park, Pikes Peak, and Garden of the Gods. Steve and Ann were so attentive to our needs and comfort and were wonderfully hospitable. I’ll be staying here if I’m ever back in Colorado Springs!!
