Park in the driveway with room enough for 2 vehicles and enter through the front door using the private electronic code provided on check-in. You'll open the door into a modern, inviting space complete with quality furnishings and thoughtful décor — this is main-level living at it's best—featuring an open-floor concept with soft transitions between living, dining and cooking areas.
The kitchen is fully appointed and ready for your culinary creations. Spacious and stocked to stay in and prepare family meals. The Neighborhood:
Located on the southwest side of Colorado Springs within a mile from the Rocky Mountain Foothills, this home is nestled in a classic area of the city dominated by the luxury and prestige of the 5-star, world-renowned hotel and resort complex that is The Broadmoor. There are a myriad of attractions in this neighborhood including the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, Helen Hunt Falls, Cheyenne Cañon, Stratton Open Space, Bear Creak Park, Gold Camp Road and so many more. The area is unique, also, in that some of the best dining and nightlife in the city can be found just within walking distance. Some locales of note are The Burrowing Owl, offering surprisingly exceptional gourmet vegan cuisine in a unique, only-in-Colorado atmosphere. Getting Around:
Although there are exceptional entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities very close to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

* Garbage is located on the right side of driveway and is house side pick up on Wednesday. (No need to roll to the curb)

-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early for an early check-in or the day before your departure for a late check-out.
