In Drôme Provençale, more precisely in Colonzelle, house for rent with heated swimming pool.
The house has a surface area of about 150m² and opens on the garden level to an entrance hall. To the left are the living rooms: an air-conditioned living room with Tv, Wifi (+4G) opens onto the south-facing terrace, a dining room opening onto a shaded terrace (north-facing, a gas barbecue is available). An independent equipped kitchen.
Two bedrooms on the same level, one with direct access to the terrace. Sleeps 2x80cm. A bathroom with toilet. A guest toilet with a washbasin.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each sleeping 140cm. A shower room with washbasin.
On the outside, a 4000m² garden entirely fenced in, part of which is wooded. A swimming pool with salt filtration of 5m x 11m, and from 1m to 2m deep. The pool is heated and secured by a roller shutter. Sunbathing facilities available. A solar shower.
Swimming pool open from mid April to September. Heated pool from 1st May and secured by a roller shutter.
An ideal holiday in the Drôme Provençale, with family or friends. You will be able to discover our beautiful region while enjoying the calm and charm of the countryside.
Close to Grignan and its famous castle, St Paul 3 Châteaux, Grillon, and many other villages to visit.

The villa is connected to fibre optics.
The house is classified as a 4-star furnished holiday home and has been awarded the 4 Clés label by Clévacances.
Note: a deposit of 1500€ (not cashed) is required, as well as a holiday extension insurance.

A beautiful house to relax
A really nice accommodation with a big garden and swimming pool. The house was really clean when we arrived. A little bit more shade on the terrace. Especially with little children this would be nice.

We have had a very nice stay in this fantastic house with a great pool. We enjoyed the quiet and private surroundings. We highly recommend this house. The check-in was very friendly and informative.

Traumhaftes Anwesen in der Drôme-Provençal
Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem traumhaft angelegten Grundstück mit Boules-Platz, beheiztem Pool und Gemüse-Garten, der von den Gästen auch geerntet werden darf. Die Eigentümer hatten kurz vor unserer Ankunft einen neuen Gasgrill beschafft, den wir auch nutzen durften. Die Bäder und Zimmer waren sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das eigens gebuchte Bettzeug / Handtuch-Paket. Hier wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die Betten bereits überzogen gewesen wären (für knapp 95 Euro wäre das m.E drin gewesen. Besonders möchte ich noch die Freundlichkeit von Laura Perrot hervorheben, die uns betreut hat. Wirklich toll!

Belle propriété sans voisinage proche de l’espace, une très belle piscine, maison bien équipée, sauf peut-être manque de climatisation dans les chambres surtout pendant la semaine canicule Producteur de fruits légumes non loin plusieurs caves aussi. Je recommande cette maison.
