"Basic. Bed was clean/check with UV light, no bugs, no stains. Door had a deadbolt and I felt safe. Bathroom was very clean and no problem with hot water. The room heater was a bit weak, blowing hot air, and not able to go above 86 degrees. The floor, could have been washed. I tried damping towels to mop the floor(cause the floors were actually like walking on grip tape. As said, it’s basic, but clean and safe for the most part. "This sizable 4 bedroom space gave us everything we needed for a great price! Minor cleanliness issues aside, we had no problem getting into the house, which was well-located right off the main road in Colonie. Despite being so close to a busy street, it was quiet and peaceful at night. Ideal for a stay in the Albany area and was just what we needed, would definitely recommend!"
